MANILA, Philippines — Super Typhoon Pepito (international name: Man-yi) was forecast to make landfall over northern Quezon or central or southern Aurora between Sunday noon and afternoon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) warned.

In its 5 a.m. bulletin on November 17, the state weather bureau said Pepito will move west northwestward over the waters north of Camarines Provinces on Sunday morning. There is also a possibility that it will landfall or closely approach the Calaguas Islands, it added.
